Here comes your mind’s creativity into shape..!!
We invite creative students to shape the Soap Bar into a car….and that even with just a blade and scribbing tools…it doesn’t require any professional experience. It might be through state of the art of creative mind or it might be through a clever blend of surface of soap…!!
The event will be conducted in two rounds. First is designing on the
paper and the shortlisted students will qualify for the second round
that consists of designing on soap.
The time limit for first round will be 30 minutes and for second
round, it will be 40 minutes.

First round: Designing on paper
Following are the rules and regulations for this round:
1. A problem statement would be given to the participants.
2. A team consists of maximum of two members.
3. Pencil, eraser, scale etc would be provided to them at the spot.
4. The participants have to draw three views which are front view, top
view and side view on the paper according to the problem statement.
5. Make sure that the front, top and side designs are consistent to
each other by measuring various cross sections of the car using the
grid. Once the dimensions match in all three views, you will be able
to build this specific shell.
The shortlisted participants from first round would be qualified for
the second round.

1. The problem statement would be the same.
2. The dimensions of the soap would be according to the problem statement.
3. Soap would be provided on the spot.
4. Tools like scribber and blade would be provided.
5. The model should reflect Design values – being sensitive to the
environment, providing intuitive ease of use and aesthetic appeal.
A jury will select 3 winning entries that will receive prize awards.
